Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior IT employee (software engineer, architect, cyber engineer, data engineer etc) now exceeds $150,000, plus benefits and liability (and good luck finding one available). An IT executive, twice the amount. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize. Furthermore, to cover this range of skills, you generaly need 3-5 people with various skills so you need to hire or contract a team. If you have not done that before, putting the right team together takes time, errors and experience. With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying my work when you have work available for me. If it's a project, then I can help you deliver it with a smart resourcing strategy.

I don't offer support for end users and I am not a managed service provider. I look to work with like minded people whom search for and understand a valuable service. Having said that, if you have a situation and you need all hands on deck, I will put my hand up.

I respond fast to your requests, and generally deliver within 48 hours a first draft of work, Mon - Fri US Eastern. I rely on common sense on what is possible within that timeframe and providing incremental, collaborative solution design. If you have an entire project, we will need to break it down one task at one time, and work task by task.

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

I understand you may not have enough work to fill up the entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued. The service comes with a free trial and can be canceled anytime.
